- KO4EOC ( the Duke Field repeater) is operated by the Okaloosa County Amateur Radio Emergency Services (ARES) group, and is the primary repeater for emergency communication when emergencies have been declared by County, State, or Federal agencies. In routine conditions, any licensed amateur may use the repeater for normal traffic, but during declared emergencies amateurs should restrict their transmissions to emergency traffic only. All emergency traffic should be sent to KO4EOC, Okaloosa County EOC, ESF2/ARES.
